By accessing or using Wudo Feed Optimizer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Wudo Feed Optimizer provides AI-powered eCommerce product feed optimization services, including:

• Product title and description optimization
• SEO-optimized blog content generation
• A/B testing with automatic winner selection
• Seasonal trend optimization
• Multi-channel feed management

The specific features available to you depend on your subscription tier.

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Business accounts must be created by authorized representatives.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.

• Prices are displayed in EUR and exclude applicable taxes
• We may change prices with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• Credits purchased do not expire but are non-transferable

Enterprise customers may have custom payment terms as specified in their service agreement.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated scripts to abuse the Service
• Resell or redistribute our Service without permission

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Abuse our systems or other users

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wudo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect.

If you disagree with the updated terms, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dublin, Ireland. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
